After printing, the garment undergoes a curing process to set the ink. This involves passing the printed fabric through a heat press or conveyor dryer at temperatures between 160–180°C (320–356°F) for 60–90 seconds. Curing is essential because it evaporates any remaining moisture in the ink and strengthens the bond between the ink and fabric fibers, ensuring longevity and wash fastness. Once cured, the garment is inspected for quality, with any final touches or trims applied before it’s ready for distribution.
