The digital control center mainly regulates the temperature and time required during the transfer process. It typically takes 190 degrees Celsius and 180 seconds to transfer a mug. Use it with high-temperature adhesive.
Adjusting the appropriate pressure can make the transfer effect better and clearer. Turn the Pressure Knob to adjust the tightness of the pressure.

1.Prepare printed sublimation paper with customized patterns, cut it to fit the mug size neatly.
2.Wrap the sublimation paper tightly around the surface of the blank mug, fix it firmly with high-temperature tape to avoid shifting.
3.Preheat the mug heat press machine, set standard parameters: temperature 180-190°C, pressing time 120-180 seconds.
4.Open the heating clamp, place the wrapped mug steadily into the heating cavity, close and lock the machine tightly.
5.Start timing and heat pressing, let the sublimation ink fully penetrate and bond with the mug surface.
6.After finishing the set time, open the machine and take out the mug with heat-resistant gloves.
7.Peel off the sublimation paper immediately while hot, cool down the mug naturally.
8.Check the printing effect, finish the whole mug heat transfer production.
