My printing work went smoothly in just one week

When I first started my printing company here in Niamey, Niger, I dreamed of creating a service that could combine creativity and technology to meet the growing demand for advertising, branding, and personalized products. Over the years, I built a small but strong team of five employees, all of us dedicated to providing quality work to our clients. As our business grew, I realized we needed to upgrade our equipment to meet the rising demand and to expand the range of services we could offer. That’s when I turned to Disen Company.

From Disen, I purchased several machines that were essential to our operations: an Eco Solvent Printer, a UV Flatbed Printer, a Flag Printer, a Cutting Plotter, and a Cutting Paper Machine. These machines opened up new opportunities for us, allowing us to offer large-format advertising prints, vibrant and durable signage, personalized items, and even specialized flag printing. However, as with any advanced technology, the real challenge came when the machines required servicing and maintenance. Despite our enthusiasm, my team and I had limited technical knowledge of such high-tech equipment.

That is where Disen Company showed their true commitment to their customers. They arranged for one of their skilled technicians, Andy, to travel all the way from China to Niger for after-sales service. I must admit, I was surprised at first. I had not expected a company to go to such lengths for a single customer in a distant country. But Disen proved me wrong by sending Andy directly to our workshop.

A Week in Niger with Disen Andy

Andy arrived with a calm and professional demeanor, and right from the start, I could see that he was serious about his work. He spent the first day carefully inspecting all our machines one by one. The Eco Solvent Printer, which we used heavily for outdoor banners and posters, had developed some color accuracy issues. Our UV Flatbed Printer, which was central to producing personalized items like phone cases and wooden plaques, was not running smoothly either. The Flag Printer and Cutting Plotter also required adjustments, and the Cutting Paper Machine needed maintenance to improve its speed and precision.

For a whole week, Andy worked tirelessly with us. Every day, he arrived early at our workshop and stayed until late, ensuring that each machine was properly repaired, maintained, and tested. He had an incredible attention to detail, never rushing through any task. When he fixed the Eco Solvent Printer, he didn’t just replace parts—he explained to me and my staff how to maintain the print heads, how to handle the inks, and how to calibrate the machine for the best results.

The UV Flatbed Printer required more intensive work, but Andy handled it with patience. He replaced worn-out components, cleaned and adjusted the system, and then walked us through the correct operating procedures. I was particularly impressed by how he made sure that we understood not only the “how” but also the “why” behind each step. My employees, who initially felt intimidated by the complexity of the machine, grew more confident as Andy guided them through hands-on practice.

By the end of the week, all our machines were running at their best capacity. The Eco Solvent Printer was delivering vibrant, consistent colors again. The UV Flatbed Printer was printing smoothly with sharp details. The Flag Printer and Cutting Plotter were both functioning perfectly, allowing us to fulfill more specialized orders with efficiency. The Cutting Paper Machine was faster and more precise than ever.

But the value Andy brought to us went far beyond technical repairs. He left us with knowledge and confidence. My team is now able to troubleshoot small issues on our own, perform regular maintenance, and operate the machines with greater skill. This not only reduces downtime but also boosts our productivity and the quality of our output.

For me as a business owner, this experience highlighted the true value of working with Disen Company. It is not just about purchasing equipment—it is about building a partnership. Disen did not leave us alone after the sale; they stood behind their products and ensured that we could maximize their value. Andy’s sense of responsibility, professionalism, and dedication reassured me that we had chosen the right partner for our business growth.

Today, our company is thriving more than ever. Clients appreciate the quality and variety of our services, and we are able to take on more challenging projects. I owe a great deal of this progress to Disen and their technician Andy. It is rare to find a supplier that treats your success as their own, but with Disen, that is exactly what we have found.

Looking back, I feel grateful for the week Andy spent with us here in Niger. His hard work not only fixed our machines but also strengthened our confidence in the future of our business. Disen Company has proven to be more than a supplier—they are a trusted partner in our journey of growth and success.
