DS-J1201L is a commercial-grade large-format single-head computerized embroidery machine independently developed by DISEN machinery. Compared with conventional small-size single head embroidery devices, this model features an ultra-large customizable embroidery working area, perfectly solving the limitation of small pattern size for ordinary embroidery machines. It is equipped with an upgraded intelligent servo control system, stable high-speed operation, compatible with mainstream embroidery file formats, and supports multi-language operation panels, specially designed for small and medium garment factories, custom decoration workshops, home textile manufacturers and banner production enterprises.
One machine can complete flat embroidery, cap embroidery, finished garment embroidery freely. The thickened cast iron body ensures stable long-time continuous operation without vibration and pattern deviation. High-precision needle system delivers delicate stitching, stable thread trimming, low failure rate and easy daily maintenance.
