DS-M6090 6090 UV flatbed printer is a medium-format industrial multifunctional UV printing machine independently developed by DISEN, equipped with optional 2 or 3 original Epson XP600 print heads. It supports both flat material direct printing and cylindrical bottle/tumbler rotary printing with matched rotary jig, perfectly solving the personalized customization demands of small and medium printing factories, gift shops and crystal sticker processing studios.
The printing working area reaches 600900mm, supporting maximum printing thickness up to 150mm. Adopts water-cooled LED UV curing lamp, instant drying without waiting, printed patterns scratch-proof, waterproof and fade-resistant. Ink configuration supports CMYK Lc Lm White + Varnish, realizing 3D embossed glossy crystal sticker effect, rich color gradient and delicate image details up to 7201440dpi high resolution.
The machine built-in suction platform to fix thin media, wear-resistant silent tow cable protects internal pipelines during long-time reciprocating movement. Dual 110V/220V wide voltage design fits North America, Europe, Southeast Asia power standards, desktop stable frame with movable casters, easy to shift in workshop. It can print glass, acrylic, wood, leather, plastic, metal, ceramic bottles, phone shells and other unlimited materials without pre-coating treatment.
