Working process

**Working Principle**
The Fully Automatic Two-color Rotary Drilling Machine is designed for automatic rhinestone template production. During operation, the release paper and transparent carrier film are fed into the machine simultaneously through the automatic feeding system. The rotary drilling unit accurately punches holes according to the preset design pattern.
Rhinestones are then automatically arranged and positioned into the drilled holes through the vibrating feeding system. After positioning, the carrier film laminates with the template material to securely hold the rhinestones in place. Finally, the finished rhinestone template is automatically collected through the rewinding system.
The entire process, including feeding, drilling, laminating, positioning, and rewinding, is completed automatically, ensuring high accuracy, stable performance, and efficient production.
