Our 5 in 1 combo mug heat press machine is designed for high-volume cup sublimation production, equipped with five independent heating stations, which allows users to process five cups at the same time without waiting for one batch to finish. Each station comes with an independent digital controller, so you can set different temperature and time parameters separately to match different cup materials, including ordinary ceramic mugs, coated travel mugs, stainless steel tumblers and aluminum bottles.
Made with thickened cast aluminum heating body and high-temperature silicone mats, the heating area conducts heat evenly, no local overheating or uneven transfer problems. The adjustable pressure knob on each side helps operators adjust tightness freely according to mug thickness, effectively avoiding blurry patterns, peeling and ghosting after heat transfer. The whole body adopts thick metal frame, sturdy and stable for long-time continuous factory operation, not easy to deform after years of heavy use.
This machine adopts fast heating system. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach the target working temperature from cold start. The temperature range is 0-220℃, timing range 0-999 seconds, precise to 1℃ adjustment. It supports dual voltage 110V and 220V to meet power standards of most countries in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Middle East, very suitable for overseas small factories, custom gift shops, advertising printing stores and wholesale processing workshops.
